Just booked a company paid trip to Ireland. Granted, I have to work most of those days, but when a company says 'go to Dublin for two weeks to give training' it's really hard to say no. Doesn't hurt it's one of my "Top 5 Places To Visit" before passing on.
1. Scotland (it's a heritage thing - still researching a bit)
2. Tokyo
3. Dublin
4. Hong Kong
5. London
On top of that, I just got a new Sony Digital camera to play with.
Gotta say that I am more than pleased with my Karma as of late. The camera was part of a swanky raffle for referring people to get hired. Can you say $3K in Best Buy GCs? I know I can, beyotch.
Needless to say, I've been a bit distracted as of late, what, with a bunch of new gadgets and stuff to entertain me. Sorry for the bragging, but I can't get over how damn cool it is.
Back on the trip thing ... I'd like to put it out there to others - what would your "Top 5 Places To Visit" be? List 'em here and I will go and review/comment on a minimum one piece of your work. Pass it on, I want to see lots of people's work, but it'd be interesting to see where other people want to visit too.
Thanks!

My Top 5 cities to visit (in no particular order):
1. Dublin
2. Paris
3. Tokyo
4. Sydney
5. Kingston or Rio (tie)
I'm more of a "cruise around town and see what's what" kind of guy, than a "lay on the beach with a good book and a cerveza", so most of the cities I want to visit are like that...but you gotta think that Jamaica or Rio would be a kick-back and relax kind of place...either way, I'm good.
Have a great trip, my friend!
